Step 1: File a petition

The family relationships and specific types of employment that can be sponsored for immigration purposes are based on U.S. immigration laws.

Step 2: Check Priority Date

This is the time that you have to wait for an immigrant visa to be available. Availability can depend on annual limits, date petition was filed, and number of applicants

Step 3: Begin National Visa Center Processing

Once your petition has been approved, you will receive either an email or letter directing you to the website
