DESCRIPTION
Whether you are brand new to usability testing or its already part of your business‐as‐usual, this workshop will provide a closer look at the art and science of prototyping digital products with users at the center of design. This crash course will increase participants’ understanding of usability testing’s massive return on investment and will outline the necessary steps to plan for and successfully conduct usability testing in the museum or library environment.
