Founded in 2011 by Ilissa Miller, a telecommunications industry veteran, iMPR offers industry insight to help propel your messages, brand and products to the next level.

Ilissa Miller, CEO With more than 15 years of experience in telecom sales, marketing and product development, Ilissa Miller brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the emerging global telecommunications and technology industries. She has implemented and spearheaded many global product and marketing campaigns including international private line and networks, IP transit, peering, IPVPN, hosted PBX, cloud computing, Ethernet, managed services, colocation/data center products and solutions.

Founder


Stephanie Williams, Director of Marketing Stephanie Williams brings more than 11 years of experience in Marketing and Sales Support to iMPR. Prior to joining iMPR, Stephanie was the Manager of Marketing Communications at Sidera Networks where she was responsible for implementing and managing the strategy and daily operations of all Marketing Communications projects, as well as, providing overall input into the tactical and strategic operations of the Marketing Department. Additionally, Stephanie supported the Sales Team in their efforts. Twice, Stephanie successfully rebranded Sidera Networks from its prior companies – NEON Communications and RCN Metro Optical Networks. Prior to her work in Marketing, Stephanie was Executive Assistant to the CEO at NEON Communications where she proactively supported the CEO, Executive Chairman and CFO. Mrs. Williams holds an Associate of Science degree in Business from Becker College. Rita Nolan, Media Relations Manager Rita Nolan joins iMPR with 11 years of marketing, communications and events experience behind her. In her most recent role with Nemertes Research, one of the country’s top IT analyst firms, she was in charge of promoting the Nemertes brand and products, managing the firm’s conference participation and nurturing relationships with the media. Prior to Nemertes, she led the marketing efforts of a national retail-electronics distributor and marketed international exhibitions on behalf of a German conference organizer. Rita holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences from the University of Illinois, with a concentration in international business.

Elissa Jane Mastel Social Media Strategist In her role at iMPR, Elissa Jane ‘EJ’ is responsible for providing integrated eMarketing and online publicity for iMPR’s growing client list. Clients can expect increased online discussions, effective inbound and outbound marketing activities and an instinctive hands on personal approach to their social media campaigns. As a proven social media marketer who gets results, her intention is to compliment the team’s work in growing visibility for all of our featured clients. EJ holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Boston University. . Combined, the iMPR team has over 40 years in Telecom Marketing and Public Relations Experience. The team is supported by a talented group of project managers, coordinators, researchers, designers and partners that provide an ongoing, fresh perspective to Telecom/IT Marketing practices.
