IntroducciónDesde que en 1973 IMEFY inició la

fabricación de transformadores de dis-tribución en líquidos dieléctricos (acei-te y silicona) y posteriormente en resi-na epoxi, ha mantenido un crecimien-to constante hasta situarse con unapotencia de 125 MVA y tensión de 245kV. Para ello dispone de los mediosmás avanzados a nivel de Ingeniería yFabricación, así como un equipohumano altamente cualificado. Esto hapermitido crecer tanto a nivel nacionalcomo internacional, teniendomáquinas instaladas en los cinco con-tinentes. Por todo ello IMEFY, pertene-ce a varios grupos de trabajo dentrodel ámbito nacional e internacionaldonde se elabora la normativa paraeste tipo de maquinaria.

IMEFY posee en sus Laboratoriosde Control de Materia Prima yProducto Terminado, la más alta tec-nología para realizar los controles yensayos más exhaustivos querequieren las Normas Nacionales eInternacionales, para productos utiliza-dos en la fabricación de transformado-res. IntroductionSince 1973, when IMEFY began

manufacturing oil-filled and siliconeinsulated distribution transformers, followed a bit later by cast-resin insulated distribution transformers, ourcompany has continuously grown up topower ratings of 125 MVA and voltage ratings up to 245 kV. To undertake thisexpansion, IMEFY has the most sophisticated engineering and manufacturing resources available, aswell as a highly qualified team. In thisway we could grow both at national andinternational level, and our products areinstalled in all five continents. Moreover,IMEFY collaborates actively in severalnational and international workinggroups where the standards for this typeof equipment are developed.

IMEFY’s raw-material and final prod-uct laboratories are equipped with the lat-est and best technology in order to carryout the most severe checks and testsrequested by national and internationalstandards for equipment used to manu-facture transformers. Due to the highqualification of its personnel and thehigh accuracy level of the equipment –all endorsed by the calibration certifi-cates issued by official laboratories – thehigh-quality and reliable IMEFY test lab-oratories have been appraised by ourcustomers for years.

El laboratorio de materias primas estáaltamente equipado para la realización de lossiguientes ensayos:

1. Chapa Magnética: Según normas UNE-EN 10107 yUNE-EN 10280.

2. Conductores:Control de rigidez dieléctrica segúnIEC 60317 y IEC 60851. Control de adhe-rencia y flexibilidad. Control dimensional.

3. Protección anticorrosiva:Control de adherencia según ISO 2409.Control de espesores según ISO 2808.Ensayo de embutición según EN 1520.Ensayo dureza Persoz ISO 1522. Ensayode brillo especular según ISO 2813.Ensayo caída masa de acuerdo aISO 6272. Ensayo de plegado segúnISO 1519. Ensayo de niebla salina de acu-erdo con IEC 60068-2-11.Adherencia por tracción ISO 4624.

4. Elementos Epoxídicos:Tensión soportada a frecuencia industrial.Determinación de la línea de fuga. Choquetérmico de acuerdo a IEC 60137 yIEC 60085. Ensayo de temperatura degelificación en la resina epoxi.

5. Otros ensayos:Verificación de los circuitos auxiliares.Rigidez dieléctrica de los aislantes sólidossegún IEC 60243-1. Envejecimiento de materiales.Programación térmica de las centralitasde temperatura.

IMEFY dispone de “Registro de Empresa”, segúnUNE-EN-ISO 9001 auditado por AENOR, así comoRegistro Medioambiental según UNE-EN-ISO 14001.

The raw-material test laboratory is perfectlyequipped for the following tests:

1. Magnetic sheet-steel to EN 10107 and EN 10280.

2. Conductors:Dielectric strength test to IEC 60317 andIEC 60851. Adherence and flexibility tests.Determination of dimensions.

3. Corrosion protection:Cross-cut test to ISO 2409. Thickness testto EN ISO 2808. Cupping test to EN 1520.Persoz pendulum damping test toISO 1522. Specular gloss test to ISO 2813.Impact resistance test to ISO 6272. Bend test to ISO 1519. Salt mist test toIEC 60068-2-11. Pull-off test for adhesionto ISO 4624.

4. Cast-resin materials:Determination of creepage path. Thermalshock test to IEC 60137 and IEC 60085.Test of gel temperature of cast resin.

5. Other tests:Checking auxiliary circuits. Dielectricstrength of solid insulating materials toIEC 60243-1. Material ageing. Thermalbehaviour of temperature sensors.

Su equipamiento le permite realizar losensayos y comprobar los resultados que espe-cifica la normativa actual IEC 60076-11.

En todos los transformadores se realizan lossiguientes ensayos de rutina:• Medida de la resistencia de los arrolla-

mientos, Medida de relación de transfor-mación y verificación del grupo de cone-xión, Pérdidas y corriente de vacio 100% y110%, Pérdidas por carga y tensión decortocircuito UNE EN 60076-1, Tensióninducida, Tensión aplicada IEC 60076-3,Descargas parciales IEC 60076-11.

A requerimiento y previo acuerdo con el clien-te, IMEFY realiza los siguientes ensayos detipo:• Impulso tipo rayo IEC 60076-3,

Calentamiento IEC 60076-2, IEC 60076-11y Nivel de ruido según IEC 60076-10.

Todos los ensayos permiten a IMEFY asegurarla alta calidad de sus transformadores.

The electrical test laboratory is equipped to per-form the tests and check the results in accor-dance with the applicable standards IEC 60076-11.

All transformers are routine-tested as follows:• Measurement of the winding resistance,

measurement of voltage ratio and verificati-on of vector group, no-load losses and no-load current 100% and 110%, load lossesand impedance voltage IEC 60076-1, indu-ced voltage, applied voltage IEC 60076-3,partial discharge test UNE-EN 60076-11.

On request and upon agreement with the cus-tomer, IMEFY can perform the following typetests:• Lightning impulse voltage test IEC 60076-3,

temperature-rise test IEC 60076-2, soundlevel measurement IEC 60076-10.

All these tests confirm the high quality ofIMEFY transformers.
