The Imarticus Delivery Methodology (IDM), comprising of 4 distinct phases provides the backbone for any training initiative.

The Assess phase involves understanding the business problem, the mandate, the learners and the overall outcomes. We understand the competency and knowledge that the organization is looking to develop.

Based on the objectives and outcomes, we design a comprehensive program with detailed curriculum. On approval of the design phase, we develop customized content including pre-reading materials, activity based exercises, case studies, quizzes and assessments.
