!i%ilar to the negotiation data, the data is planned in the $+cel sheets and then i%ported to create T!s

in &atches. This *unction is evolved *ro% the !u%%ary5&ased T! creation *unction o* 789710 versions.

Co%pared with the *unction in 789710 versions, the *unction descri&ed in this docu%ent has the *ollowing

i%prove%ents

!i%pli*y the operating procedure :o not need to trans*or% a !u%%ary Ta&le to a

negotiation data ta&le. The !u%%ary Ta&le can &e i%ported directly.

Huawei provides a ta&le *or collecting #ey data at the transport layer and creates thetrans%ission planning data together with the custo%er. The para%eters at the transport layer

adopt de*ault values set &y Huawei and are *ine tuned according to on5site conditions.
