Library CDMP Team is Winner of 2002 Administrator=s Award.Digital programs are viewed as institutional assets.Imaging and QA completed on 3 projects.Experience gained for more complex projects.

Partnerships within NOAA - Office of Coast Survey, NOS -- U.S. Coast Pilot.

Partnerships with private sector - American Meteorological Society, Monthly Weather Review.

Lessons Learned

In spite of advanced planning and hard work, there will be many obstacles beyond your control.Maintaining a digital collection requires constant care (above regular duties).Expect delays.Limited personnel affects project completion.Develop partnerships.
