The Villa 8ight project comprises of 8 luxury villas in the “Smart & Happy Village” of Cap Tamarin. Cap Tamarin, a project of Trimetys is an extension of Tamarin village, this preserved sanctuary situated in the west of the country is nestled between the green mountain and the sparkling sea. It is a favourite destination for water and outdoors activities.

Developed over 44 hectares, Cap Tamarin is a human scale project only 5 minutes away from the mythical beach of Tamarin. It aims to become the first smart, eco-friendly village where everything can be done on foot or by bike.

In addition to the existing primary school Paul & Virginie, to the Riverland Sports Club and the commercial center, other commercial and non-commercial entities such as a restaurant, secondary schools, medical and dental clinics as well as an agora and cultural spaces where you can enjoy several facilities designed for your comfort will be implemented. The designer’s special touch can be found in each and every element of the villas from the floor to the roof going through the facades and walls, the furniture and the interior design which are inspired by Mauritius itself. Modern and authentic, the furniture and decorative elements are mostly tailor-made locally and designed specifically for these villas. You can meet the designer to add your personal touch to his own creative streak.
