be too much for you to recall • Deal with as much of it as you can

manage • How?

• Get an A4 exercise book and pen

• Set your alarm for 30 minutes earlier than normal

• Write three A4 pages

• Don’t worry about what you write – just write

• Why so early in the morning? • Because your brain is still in

sleep mode and the censor is also still asleep

• Why only three pages? • Because after three pages you are

wide awake • Also don’t write less than three

pages • If you don’t know what to write

next, write exactly that

• Don’t tell anyone about this , or the censor will kick in

• For the first two months, DO NOT read what you have written

• After two months you can read or shred or do anything you want with what you have written

• You may get very emotional • Keep writing • Your handwriting will change • Just follow the rules
