proper knowledge management of the AIESEC processes at national and local level.

We are responsible for the development of systems for AIESEC Egypt, at the same time to see that the membership is being educated and supported in this systems and information that we as National or local entities run.

To ensure the sustainability of the organization through a proper knowledge management that will be held in the main platform ( www.myaiesec.net)

Systems: We have to align our website, and external systems to standards.

Follow up and Management: Review that our systems are running properly in order to deliver better information and services to our stakeholders.

Information on platform: We have ensure the sustainability of our entities by the proper knowledge management, these is made by a quarterly review of the files, and wikis that my LC has uploaded to the system.

General Processes: Every time we run a process , such must be acknowledged in a document that can later provide us with information about DO’s, DON’Ts and MUST DO’s.

Data Bases: Every time we recruit new membership we should have a database, based on EP’s and members in order to have all the information of our members and make the communication easier.

Education: Normally the systems of AIESEC Keep changing and every new member or old ones have to be educated in how they work and how to manage them .

Support: Sometimes AIESEC Systems are down and we need to provide clear information and support on the creation and management of them.

Documentation: In order to keep the flow of education, every tool and system has to be documented.
