To constantly raise customer satisfaction, we established Trinity, our own quality control system, based on ISO 9001. We are working to complement creativity and ingenuity, matched to business model, with enhanced quality, productivity and technical expertise. In addition, we direct concerted effort into improving management quality by applying insights accumulated at project sites to future operations. We seek to elevate management capabilities and technical expertise through level-specific training and take various steps, including measures to promote standardized processes, procedures and guidelines, to underpin success. We also strive to contribute to the ecosystem in development activities and improve overall industry quality and productivity by making our own development know-how publicly available and encouraging optimal use of this resource.

Management wants TIS to be a company where employees enjoy their jobs—a status that allows a diverse group of human resources to build respective skills while fueling corporate growth—and toward this end emphasizes workstyle reform and health management. On the workstyle front, we have enhanced the flextime system and have established an environment that facilitates telework at home and at satellite offices as well as from business trip locations, thus offering more choice in location and timing for getting work done. With regard to health management, we promote various measures to boost office efficiency and encourage employees to take care of their health. Our efforts include programs that balance work with raising children, caring for elderly relatives or recovering after illness, as well as a better paid-vacation system. In this way, we maintain an environment in which employees can always perform to their best ability.

TIS addresses social issues through its business activities, which in turn supports efforts to contribute to sustainable social development. We identified materiality (priority issues) and established four themes—1) Create society in which diverse human resources are engaged and thrive; 2) Create comfortable society through innovation and joint activities; 3) Create safe society through high-quality services; and 4) Enhance corporate governance and earn the trust of society—through which we will contribute to the achievement of SDGs*. We also signed on to the UN Global Compact** and were registered as a participant. We are putting into practice the 10 principles over four categories described in this compact.
