    as a negative impact in an organization, firm, even in

    countries and its catastrophes. This paper views poormanagement skill as a universal problem and studies its

    cases are the secret tools in hand of any manager. They are

    abilities that vary from different kinds of people. Some of

    these skills at taught in training others are not. These skillsinclude communication, decision making, team building,

    conflict resolution, leadership and so much more.

    Rotten managerial skills (R.M.S) on the other hand looks at

    the Managers that have the power and responsibility to make

    every decision, and their failure in doing it productively may

    results to the downfall of the organization.

    Also to create awareness, to the world on what is done within

    organizational environment and governmental institutions as well on poor

    managerial system To also indicate and present the effects of their poor managerial decision

    and how negatively it affects firms, nations domestically and

    internationally.

    Also as a personal motive is another reason for my research that is based

    upon dislike ,that I have over ineffective leaders with poor skills weighingas an anchor to people, firms, and even countries, who are meant to

    manage effectively but rather are not.

    Poor management is harmful, there are several principal ways

    in which you can minimize the possibility of PMS, and not all

    are completely effective without the others. Internal controls

    are perhaps the most effective safeguard against companydestructions. The CEOs, board of directors, other sub section

    managers and even shareholders in some cases must take

    honest and credible measures to, lead by example, showing

    zero tolerance on poor managerial skill behavior, develop

    credible institutional and legal framework for dealing with the

    poor practices, provide measures that would reduce both the

    demand for and supply of poor skills
