GUIDELINES ADVERTISING: Currently on an on-call contract with Guidelines. When their workload increases they call me in to help out in-house. Designs work consists of Logos, advertising, signage, collateral, eblasts and anything else their client may need. I am required to pick up from any point in the design process that they are in and keep the design style consistent or help with new concepts and design ideas. My ability to adapt to their needs quickly is very important to them and they’re happy to have me on board with them as needed. [ www.guidelinesad.com ]
HOME LIFE REAL ESTATE: Working with the team at head office revamp and update the brands that fall under the Home Life company, such as Red Carpet Classic and Red Carpet Luxury. Currently working on updating logos, developing a style that they can use across all their collateral. Designing all Signage, Business Cards, Letterhead, Advertising and more. [ www.homelife.com ]

SANDYLION STICKERS & TRENDS INTERNATIONAL: This was a 6 month, in house, contract with Sandylion Stickers Scrapbooking Department. Sandylion was a previous client and when it was bought out by Trends, I was the only artist/designer hired to help make the transition smoother. Helped them understand the Scrapbooking design world while providing consistently loved designs. The role included designing many different skus using many different substrates to create original designs for their Generic lines. From full collections to single pieces, I was asked to design anything from paper to stickers, to layered chip board and stamps, to albums and rub-on transfers. Work includes illustrations, layouts and patterns used to create papers designs, stickers, ribbon, brads, packaging and other items as well as cleaver sayings and quotes to be used throughout my designs. BLACKJET : Worked in-house on several contracts for this full-service brand consulting and advertising agency. My contribution spanned from brochure designs, (for a local development company) to logo concepts, signage, ad designs, while also providing creative in put. I’ve never worked in a more positive and inspiring environment.[ www.blackjet.ca ]
PORT STYLE : Created illustrations, characters, scenes and patterns to be used on all types of housewares (from teapots and mugs to aprons and cookie jars). A number of designs were purchased by Second Cup, Shoppers Drug Mart and Home Hardware to be sold exclusively. [ www.portstyle.com ]
SANDYLION STICKER DESIGNS: Worked with Scrapbooking department to develop and design a number of collections that are sold across the world. Work includes illustrations, layouts and patterns used to create papers designs, stickers, ribbon, brads, packaging and other items. I was promoted to Head Designer for a new license agreement between Sandylion and a Design Firm from France called Rouge De Garance. KELLY PANACCI INC : A long term relationship with Mrs. Panacci has allowed me to work on a number of designs and illustrations used throughout her collections as a part of her license agreement with Sandylion. IN-HOUSEPLEASE MUM : GRAPHIC DESIGNER : nov 03 - july 06Responsible for concepts, themes, original character development, word play and designs for a national children's clothing line. Designs were used on clothing as screens, appliques, embroideries, labels, patches, fabric patterns, accessory & plush toy designs for both girls and boys, ranging from newborn to 12 years old. OXYGEN WOMEN’S FITNESS MAGAZINE : GRAPHIC DESIGNER : mar 02 - aug 03Worked with a small team of graphic designers, writers, editors and photographers. Concentrated largely on layouts, advertisements, covers and banner ads for the web. Also, provided the opportunity to work with fellow designers to redesign the look and layout of the entire magazine. Reworked layout, headers, fonts, style and page information. Changes made continue to be used in the magazine today. Used Quark for layouts and Illustrator for illustrations.[ www.oxygenmag.com ]
SANDYLION STICKER DESIGNS : CO-OP STUDENT/JR DESIGNER : mar 97 - aug 00Started in high school as a co-op student doing mock-ups and random jobs. Hands on learning about the print and design process of stickers. Provided the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of this industry. This is where my passion for drawing developed into a love for design work. I worked my way from the mock up table to designing signage and display items for trade shows, simple stickers, flashes and extravaganza boxes until I left for college.
