Logo for a small I.T. company

Ant Computer Developments is a small company which provides a complete computer support service for small to medium sized businesses. They consider themselves to be small yet powerful and extremely hard working... just like an ant. The brief was to create a simple logo incorporating the name of the company or their initials ACD, not using more than two colours.

Logo for a Coffee Shop

Magic Beans is not only a coffee shop serving drinks and snacks, it is also a magic shop selling equipment for amateur magicians.

The brief called for: a logo that will primarily be used on the shop sign, so it must be colourful and striking but very quickly communicate to people passing by what is sold inside, so needs to incorporate something representing the cafe with magical accessories. The words ‘Magic Beans’ are not to be included in the logo, as they will be produced on the sign.

Editorial Illustration

Two full-colour illustrations were produced for an article, ‘Winter Boredom Busters for Chickens’. One spot illustration, to measure 40 x 50mm, and a quarter page illustration, to measure 180 x 85mm when published. The spot illustration must match the quarter page illustration in style, but be a separate piece of work and not just a copied section from the larger one.
