On motion of Mr. Donerty, the following resolution was adopted: i j RESOLVED, That the resolution passed at the meeting held Oct. 2 , in . j reference to the sale of certain lands to the Ausable &. Northwestern Railroad Companyj he amended to read as follows:- •. That the State Land Commissioner he authorized and requested to sell to ; the Ausable & Northwestern Railroad Company, a right of way across the &. -§- -of the j S. E. i of Section 15, T. 2^J., R. & E., at twice its appraised value, under the j provisions of Act 202 of the public. Acts of 1909, with provision for reversion;- ; and that the gravel upon the s. W. i. of the S.W. £ of Section 1% T. 2H- IT., R. 6. 3., ; be offered to the said company .upon a royalty of 5^ per cu. yd, based upon surveyors i estimate. . . . On motion of'Mr. Woodman, the following resolution was adopted:.
