Quando un’offerta arriva in un istante compreso all’interno di una
finestra temporale detta “inactivity period” a ridosso della scadenza
prevista...
.... La chiusura dell’asta viene automaticamente prorogata di un
periodo pari allo stesso “inactivity period” a partire dal momento in
cui l’offerta è accettata dal sistema
Le regole di durata impostate per una gara sono sempre visualizzati
nella sezione Dettagli dell’evento.
Ricorda!
La scadenza di un’asta, oltre ad essere fissa,
può essere mobile!

• Utilizzata per richiedere ai fornitori contestualmente l’offerta tecnica e
l’offerta economica
• E’ in busta chiusa e ha durata fissa (con data e ora di scadenza predefinite)
• Il contenuto delle offerte non è mai visibile agli altri concorrenti ed è reso
noto alla parte acquirente solo alla scadenza dei tempi temporali fissati
• Enel procede all’apertura delle buste tecniche ricevute e, solo
successivamente, delle buste economiche relative alle offerte tecniche
ritenute idonee
• Le buste possono essere sostituite più volte entro i termini stabiliti. Il
sistema riterrà valide e visibili solo le ultime offerte inviate
• Prevede la possibilità di inserire allegati alle offerte
