To  support  this  goal,  this  workshop  will  introduce  a  framework  for  characterizing  project  stakeholders,  a  rela-onship-­‐based  stakeholder  assessment  tool,  and  a  set  of  four  rela-onship  skill  families  to  meet  the  challenges  of  building  and  maintaining  successful  stakeholder  rela-onships.
