Brief Profile of Speakers
Mr. V. Swaminathan serves as Head of Corporate Audit & Assurance at Godrej Consumer Products Limited& its associated companies.
He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University, Cost Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree inManagement from SP Jain Institute of Management. He is a CIA, CISA and an Associate Member of theInstitute of Fraud Examiners USA.
Mr. Saumen Chakraborty is President and Chief Financial Officer of Dr. Reddy´s.
He has over thirty two years of experience in both the strategic as well as the operational aspects ofmanagement and has played a significant role in the evolution of Dr. Reddy´s as a globalpharmaceutical company. Saumen graduated in Physics from Visva-Bharati University and has a degreein Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
In June 2017, Saumen was appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of ABP group.
Mr. Sandeep Baldava is a Senior Partner in Ernst & Young India’s Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services andleads this practice across South India.
He is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner & a Certified Information Systems Auditor byqualification with over two decades of professional experience.

Mr. Narasimhan is a Partner - PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP, ChennaiHe is a multi-facet expert with specialized knowledge in Hospitality industry, SAP consulting andInformation technology services.
His expertise spans to Enterprise Performance Management competency leading and delivering EPMtransformation projects; specializing in the design and implementation of Continuous Monitoringsolutions for clients.
Mr. Sudesh Shetty is Partner in KPMG India’s Risk Consulting.
He is a Certified Information System Auditor and a Certified Fraud Examiner brings with him over 16years of experience in information security and enterprise risk management.
Mr. Anirban Mukherjee is Partner in Ernst & Young India’s Advisory Services.
Anirban brings with him over 15 years of experience in the Governance, Risk and Control space and has lead many organizational transformation exercises. Anirban holds a Masters degree in Economics from JNU after which he pursued his Masters in Business administration. He also holds a six sigma green belt certification. He is also the current president of IIA Hyderabad Chapter.
