Biographies:

Dr. Gregg Wilkerson has multi-cultural work experience in geology, economic analysis and environmental management that includes tours of duty at 4 universities, 6 mining companies, and 2 government agencies since 1974. He has been a California Professional Geologist since 1989 and has managed or investigated mining projects in all western United States, Canada, Mexico, Chili and Honduras. He is an expert in application of GIS technology to environmental management, and mineral evaluation. His Ph.D is from University of Texas El Paso and his BA from University of California Santa Barbara. Ms. Lisa Pierce is a GIS professional with 25 years of GIS experience in the implementation of archeology, paleontology, geology, environment resource management, CEQA/NEPA compliance and City GIS mapping experience. She has a MA from Clark University in Worcester MA focusing on water resource economics. She is presently works for the City of Riverside in their IT department –GIS Division and also does GIS training and consulting. Mr. Enrique (Ricky) Brincat is a recent graduate from California State University, San Bernardino with a BA Geography and GIS Certificate. He has served as a Peer Research Consultant, Teacher's Aid, and was a GIS Intern for a top producing Real Estate Broker in Southwest Riverside County. He is currently enrolled in the University of Redland's MS GIS Program Cohort 30 beginning September 2016 and was recognized as a leader in his field earning the prestigious GIS Leadership Scholarship Award. His Master’s thesis will evaluate options for integrating the newest GIS tools with enhanced 3D and visualization techniques.
