Why do we do it?

• Because we want to develop new entities in IGN and share Organizational Capacity.

How does it work?

• Each country participating on it will receive international CEEDers in local level that will work on a GCDP AND work for the hosting MC in order to develop the hosting entity.

• You, as an intern would do your GCDP and work as coach, trainer and developer of a small entity.

How does it work?

• The selected EPs will receive a STRONG capacitation (still in Argentina) on Organizational Development and Coaching in order to maximize their results;

• Realizations should be in January;• EPs will be selected in October in order to

follow the formation of the EB 2014 of the hosting entity and work virtually.

What’s it for Argentina?

• We will:1. Recruit minimum 4 people to travel abroad and

develop these LCs; EPs should have relevant AIESEC Experience.

2. Receive minimum 4 CEEDers; In Tandil, Bahía Blanca, Rosário and Montevideo.

• Application: Deadline 21st October• Interviews: 22nd to 25th• Results: 25th• EP RAISEs DDL: 28th

Remember we will recruit minimum 4, but with no maximum limit whatsoever.

Application Process

• In the application process we will give you 3 possible options for country for you to organize in priority;

• In case of approval without spots for the countries you’ve selected, we will contact you with more options;

• Pending EPs from can be absorbed by the following countries still through the IGNite Project: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru.
