Supports what later happens out in the field through managing contracts, warranty, service levels, parts, scheduling ,etc.
Suits businesses with regular changes to schedules and higher levels of customer interaction
Has an extensive and successful depot repair option (reverse logistics begins in the field hence the close association with field service management)
No need for ERP and financials as the customer has typically implemented an ERP backbone and is looking for a best-of-breed field service management solution
Deployed on-premises, or cloud-based
