HOME ZONE

A preferred work environment for a team.

Home zones are not mandatory.

Teams can agree themselves on degrees of flexibility and movement.

OUTPUT MANAGEMENT

Outcomes become more important than presence at a specific desk at a specific time.

As a manager we will need to trust our team to responsibly & accountable work towards

the agreed goals, from whatever workspace best suited for the job.

SHARED WORKSPACE

In principle, all workspaces are shared on One Campus.

Exceptions: CLT members have an executive meeting room that can only be booked by

management assistants, available for all meetings; and the CEO has a closed office.

Screens are part of standard furniture equipment, not property of division/function

CLEAN WORKSPACE

• Workspaces need to be released when not in use for more than 4 hours.

• Employees can not eat at their desk - beverages are permitted; fruit or candy are

allowed in the coffee corners; lunch only in the restaurant, lunch meetings in meeting

deck

We will adopt a set of Basic Meeting Rules as part of a powerful meeting culture at Barco.

In addition, we will offer people a set of Meeting Tips that can help to get things done more effectively in meetings.
