• Give recent photographs for identification. These photographs are used for the examinees file.

ID pictures should be formal. Meaning to say, candidates should wear something corporate instead of a

plain shirt. These pictures should also be taken recently.

• Read instructions carefully. Filling out the form is easy. Examinees just need to understand what
