    Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that the next edition of the IEEMA Directory will be published in January 2014 and we are planning to launch the same at ELECRAMA-2014.

IEEMA publishes a set of hard and soft format of Members Directory once in two years with the latest information like member contact details, turnover, products manufactured, collaborators etc.

    Latest Information About your organization:

We do have information about your organization, which we had collected for publishing of the IEEMA Directory 2012, and we regularly update our database as and when changes/corrections are reported to us by you. However, we are once again enclosing a Member Listing Form for you with a request to fill up the latest data for the proposed directory. We would also need your latest Company Logo (original colored on soft TIF/ JPG format @300DPI resolution) in soft format to reach us latest by 10th October 2013. In case of non receipt of the same, we will use the company logo that we have currently in our database.

    Product Listing Form:

As you may be aware, we had simplified Buyers Guide classification by adopting broad categories of electrical, industrial electronics and allied products. We have decided to follow the same pattern of classification. The Product listing form is enclosed for filling up the requisite details and sent to us latest by 1st October 2013.

    Circulation of IEEMA Directory 2014:

We further request you to ensure that the information provided by you is accurate, as IEEMA Directory is a highly valued publication and its copies are available for reference with many organizations such as Indian Missions and Trade Representatives in foreign countries, Embassies, High Commissions and Trade Representatives of various countries located in India, all major Industry Associations, our Counterpart Associations and important Chambers of Commerce in foreign countries with whom India has strong trade links. Public Utilities, SEBs also refer to this directory on a regular basis.
