• To provide undergraduate and graduate students who have an
interest in IEEE designated fields with opportunities for
educational, technical and professionaldevelopment, emphasizing the value of continuing IEEE membership.
There are over 1,400 IEEE Student Branches established at universities and colleges worldwide

• Undergraduate or graduate students
• 50% of a normal full-time course of study (at least part-time studies)

Student branches can immediately participate in ISBIR Program by submitting the application forms and begin to implement industry-related activities in their local areas. ISBIR Guide and ISBIR Program Presentation will help IEEE volunteers in establishing permanent relations with industrial companies and retrieving feedback from them about their demands from IEEE and your student branch using ISBIR Survey.
Once your branch is involved in ISBIR Program, we are always eager to learn about your activities so you can inform us about your recent activities in order to "benefit" from the subprograms of ISBIR Program using the ISBIR Action Submission Form

Annual Student Activities Award recognizing the student most responsible for an extraordinary accomplishment associated with IEEE student activities
Nominate the student who has significantly contributed to IEEE student activities in your Region, Section, Student Branch or Student Branch Chapter.
The winner will receive an Award Plaque and three years free IEEE membership.
