AudienceMy target audience will be of the social grade D and E and would be males and females aged 14 – 19. This age is appropriate for them because this is the age in which grime music usually attracts. The target audience will use this media text to be entertained and informed about their favourite grime artists .The target audience will be familiar with urban living and struggles the youth of today go through.

The target audience will come from houses and estates like the images beside. This is because people who usually listen to grime come from these types of areas which are deep in the UK. It is rare to find fans of grime from international places because it isn’t mainstream and it is rarely found on regular TV and radio stations. The reason why young people from these areas like this type of music is because it gives them a little fame and it makes them feel as if they are part of the “cool” community.
