You can remove duplicates from an Excel spreadsheet by selecting Remove Duplicates on the Data ribbon.

But what if you just want to check which records have been duplicated? Use the formula in cell D2 as shown here, (=A2&B2&C2) and copy it down to the end of the column.

Make sure the column is still selected. Next, go to the Home ribbon and select Conditional Formatting. Choose Highlight Cell Rules and then Duplicate Values.

Notice both Eden Jamesons from Leicestershire are highlighted but Eden Jameson from Cambridgeshire is not.
