Guided At-Home Workout Plan Week 2 - Parent/Guardian MUST be present for duration of 30 min workout for safety reasons. No equipment needed. LINKS ON PAGE 2.
- Every day, you MUST begin workout with a brief stretching session to prepare the body for exercise AND end workout with a cool down stretch session. - WORKOUT/VIDEO ORDER: -Video links for Monday and Wednesday will guide you for your workout on Tuesday and Thursday.
DO NOW: 1. Perform stretch card.
(5 min) 2. Perform 3 timed
repetitions on your daily workout card. Take 10-20s breaks as needed and focus on breathing. See page 2 for exercise details. (15-20 min)
3. Perform daily TABATA workout using ANY Tabata song. (4 min)
