REPLY OF PRE-BID QUERIES - CLARIFICATIONS / CHANGES

Pre-Bid queries raised by bidders in meeting dated 16-11-2015 and queries received throughemails are replied in Annexure-I (reply of Pre-Bid queries) and Annexure - II (Corrigendum).Changes and Clarifications based on the suggestions and clarifications as per Annexures shallbe deemed to be integral part of the RFP document.

Last date of purchase of RFP document has been extended to 15th Dec. 2015 by 15:00 hrs.

Last date of Bid submission of offline / online bids has been extended to 15th Dec. 2015 by16:00 hrs.

Online Bid opening date has been accordingly rescheduled for 15th Dec. 2015 from 16:30onwards.

Bidders are advised to ensure EMD validity date for 210 days from aforesaid bid closing date asper RFP terms.

The Bidder who do not have certificauunfor 6th Generation processor desktops

The bidder needs to submit anundertaking with technical biddocument that they will provide all thecertificates required to deliver 6thgeneration processor machines and shall

generation processors (if remain

successful bidder) within 6 weeks of lastI date of bid submission. Failure to submit

the certificates and deliver machines bystipulated time shall lead to forfeiture of
