Open the file and print. Input "User ID" and "Password" andcheck "Remember User ID."Click "Get Tenant" and check "Remember Password and TenantName"

Input the Password (any 4 digitnumber) and click "Upload"

How to install the print tool for Windows 2020/03/25 ver.

※This print tool works only in Windows. Please use “Guest Web” to print from other OS, including Mac.

1. Visit to the following URL.

2. Click “プリントツール”（print tool）and choose the compatible tool

(32bit/64bit、Japanese/English)

3. Click “使用許諾条件に同意しダウンロード(Accept the license agreement and download).”

4. Save the file

5. Double click the file in the folder.

6. Install tool will start. Please follow the instruction.

7. After the installation was completed, you can choose “FX Cloud On-Demand Print Tool” from the printer list.

Input User ID and Password for thefirst time.

Confirm the tenant and click "save."

How to use printer

Click "Cloud On-Demand Print" in menuscreen.

1 Menu

Input "Print Reference Number" and click "OK."

2 Input "Print Reference Number"

Input Password (4 digit number) and click "OK."

3 Input Password

Confirm the details of the print documentand click "Print Settings."

4 Confirm print image

You can change the print settings if you need.Click "Print" when you are ready.

5 Print Setting

Click "Yes" to start printing.

6 Printing Confirmation

The file will be downloaded and print will start.

7 File downloading

Check the printed document and choose"Delete" or "Do Not Delete"

8 File Delete Confirmation
