PosiFlow is a fully integrated RIP and workflow solution for your iCtP™ PlateWriter or NewsWriter, designed to streamline and automate your prepress production.

With the help of the intuitive user interface, operators are able to manage their work and control jobs from any prepress workstation, greatly increasing productivity and reducing costs. Customized workflow sequences and settings can be saved in the system, helping to manage jobs and reduce errors.

PosiFlow allows you to manage all document changes and RIP setting from one computer, instead of moving between a workstation and the RIP computer. In addition, it provides the platform on which the various additional RIP tools and options can be integrated.

Easy-to-use, powerful and flexible, the standard PosiFlow solutoin provides basic workflow capabilities for one client, letting you choose which additional tools and options would be most beneficial to integrate into your workflow.

Additional RIPsFor sites with multiple iCtP devices running separate RIPs, additional RIP Support can be pur-chased. Support for one device is included in the basic package.

Extensive Job ManagementSort jobs by name, status, priority, workflow, job number, or by customized category. PosiFlow lists jobs at all stages of the work-flow, allowing jobs to be easily resubmitted.

Control RIP Page SetupEdit page setups from within the workflow, e.g. rotation, page layout, trapping and sepa-ration styles. However, settings for individual jobs can be changed on the fly, without affecting the original page setups.

Keysetter Lite OptionIdeal for conventional offset

presses with manual ink key setting. Keysetter generates a PDF file with ink key data for the press operator, reducing

makeready time and improving pressroom productivity.

Ink Remapping OptionA quick and easy way to

eliminate or consolidate plates. “Remapping” lets you to

reasign inks, e.g. spot colors, to specific plates, ensuring the

proper number of platers are created for each job.

CIP3 OptionCIP3 generates Print Production Format (PPF) files containing comprehensive information about print jobs to auto-matically adjust press settings, reducing makeready time and improving productivity.

PDF Tools OptionIncludes PDF Creator and Preflight, which can be added separately or as a group.

PDF Creator OptionAutomated PS to PDF conversion with common PDF job settings.

Preflight OptionChecks that files meet a predetermined standard and automatically fixes common problems.
