ICT Information and Communication Technology.

In the introduction, we referred to the directive from the UK

Department for Education and Employee (DfEE circular 16/99)

that explain how a source of funding may be used to support ICT:

Schools may purchase ICT equipment (this may include

class sets of portable computing devices; whole class

teaching aids such as projection equipment; digital cameras,

scanners and digitizers and other equipment which can

be used to help create educational resources.

Ex: RAM, CD-ROMs, DVD, the button, the main socket for power

supply and etc.

Networked PCsEach PC on the network is called a workstation or terminal.

Normally there are extra hardware and cabling to allow to

connect to the network.

To connect internet for resources.

Network can also connected to the telephone so that workstation

can connect internet.

The built-in software will carry out all the normal mathematical,

In addition the software enables a wide variety of graphs to

be drawn and analysed.

Special kind of paper are available but expensive.
