He has played key roles in aspects of corporate finance of significant acquisitions and mergers, an MBI, an MBO,preparation for stock exchange floatation (IPO), legal and taxation implications of international corporate structures. David was the Chairmanfor Continental Europe of the Institute of Directors (IOD) from 2000 to 2007 and member of the board of directors for several Europeancompanies and a fellow of several professional institutes.

He holds a distinction award in Dental Surgery and a [PostGraduate Diploma in Management and Accounting, as well as short-course certificates in different areas of General Insurance and EffectiveCustomer Care, with an MSc in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), University of London, UK, in view.He has pioneered five (5) business start- ups successfully, namely Clearline International Limited (HMO) Lagos Nigeria; HEIRS Medicare Limited(HMO), now known as ExpatcareHealth, Lagos Nigeria; UBA Insurance, South Region, PortHarcourt Rivers State; TECHBIZ Gambia Limited, BanjulThe Gambia and, lately, Investcorp Medicare Limited (HMO), lagos Nigeria; all of which are viable, leading and formidable business entities inNigeria and abroad to date, including UBA Insurance that was bought over by NICON Insurance at the wake of consolidating the Insuranceindustry in 2007.He is the Managing Director of Investcorp Medicare (HMO), an Associate Partner/Director ART Solutions; and, recently, Member MedicalAdvisory Committee to His Excellency, The Executive Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Raji Fashola in March 2009.
