The Complete Solution

Prior to opening man ways, we start with decontamination that

destroys VOCs, controls vapors and safely degasses tanks. Our

fleet of super high volume pumps, capable of 50 m3/hr, feed

diluent to powerful, automatic operated nozzle to strip tanks and

quickly loosen sludge. Our methods; combination between

chemical and spray nozzle cleaning solution can achieve tank

cleaning result as customer requirement. Finally all of tank

cleaning process has to inspect by standard methods to make

sure already meet with customer requirements.

Sludge Oil Recovery

Value for Customer

ICS provides Sludge Oil Recovery (SOR) that have high economical

value for customer. Sludge Oil Recovery (SOR) is able to separate

oil, water, and solid in oil sludge. The treated oil can be

recovered, while treated water and solid will be further

processed in accordance with its quality. Oil recovered from SOR

process can reach up to 95% from the total oil composition

contained in the oil sludge waste.

petrochemical, oil and gas, and tank storage applications.

We apply special equipment and trained personal to develop and

Pig Launchers and Receivers

HPWJ MachineAvailable in electrical drive and diesel engine drive,

with capacity max. 250 1,000 bar. The main fields

of application in industry and service are sewer

cleaning, tank cleaning, descaling, industrial high

pressure cleaning and different custom applications.

robust, and reliable for sucking almost every thing, such as heavy

sludge, oil sediment, etc. With this one, the confusing

transferring process become easy and simple. Our Vacuum

Trucks has various capacity from 4 9 m3 of tank size.

Vacuum Tank

CTG Machine

Vapor control system technology designed for a variety of

hazardous and/or odorous vapors. When installed complete

outfitted with the carbon vessel, this system satisfies the EPA

requirement for proper emission control devices which yield an

efficiency of over 98% (40 CFR 61 Subpart FF). It is designed to

be connected to tanks, centrifuges, and/or dryers to provide

emission/odor control. Our chemical and Our STV scrubber & SST

scrubber machine are very high efficiency in decontamination

service to reduce the VOC bellow than 350 ppm and LEL = 0%

and TWA < 2 ppm.

Equipment Specification

General Tank Cleaning (CTG) is controlled by Local

Control Panel which can be managed by local

operation. This system was up grade system from

previous T-System as the continuing development

from our engineering and operation practices.

The New CTG will have multi function for light and

heavy oil tank cleaning include Crude oil tank

cleaning. The system was improved in vacuum

system and Heat Transfer (Heat exchanger) to be

better in operation efficiency.

STV Machine

Medium sized vapor control system designed for a variety of

hazardous and/or odorous vapors. This unit has twin 20 column

and its build from chemically resistant stainless steel. Its ideal

for low to moderate flow applications.
