C) PREPARAZIONE DEL SUPPORTO:• Lamiera zincata, alluminio e sue leghe, ferro, lamiera d’acciaio, plastiche• Vernici Originali o vecchie verniciature ben consolidate

• Pulire bene la superficie da trattare con Antisil V09 e assicurarsi che sia asciutta e priva di silicone, cere grassi e sostanze estranee in genere• Su fondi o smalti carteggiare e pulire la superficie prima di stuccare

D) AVVERTENZE: > Miscelare accuratamente lo stucco con il 1-3% di induritore in pasta. Evitare l’uso di una dose eccessiva di induritore perchè potrebbero generarsi macchie di perossido in fase di verniciatura. > Non utilizzare il prodotto a temperature inferiori a 5°C. > Conservare in luogo fresco ed asciutto.

E) LAVORAZIONE:

1-3% induritore in pasta potlife 3-5’ a 20° C

A) DESCRIZIONE E CAMPO D’IMPIEGO:Stucco universale ultraleggero per la stuccatura di ogni tipo di supporto, dotato di ottima spatolabilità e compattezza. La sua particolare compo-sizione permette una eccezionale carteggiabilità, minima permeabilità all’umidità, forte potere adesivo ed ottima finitura. Non aggiunge peso ai manufatti dove la leggerezza è importante come nei settori nautica, aeronautica, veicoli industriali, autobus, ecc. Durante la carteggiatura si ha una maggiore quantità di materiale asportato a particelle grosse con una notevole riduzione di polvere dispersa nell’ambiente. Il VOC del prodotto pronto all’uso misurato secondo ISO 11890 risulta inferiore ai 250 g/l, limite di categoria dettato dalla Normativa Europea 2004/42.

A) DESCRIPTION AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION:Universal putty with an ultra-light specific weight to treat every kind of surface, it characterizes for a very easy application by knife and an excellent compactness. Its specific formulation allows a particularly easy sanding, a very low permeability to humidity, a strong adhesion and an excellent finishing. It is particularly suitable for nautical applications, industrial vehicles, buses, etc. every time the lightness is an important topic.The sanding of a higher quantity composed by big particles allows the strong reduction of powders dispersion.Voc < 250 g/l according 2004/42CE.

C) SURFACE PREPARATION:• Galvanized sheets, aluminium and its alloys, iron, steel plates, plastics• Original paints or aged topcoat finishes

• Clean well the surface to be treated with V09 Antisil. Make sure it is dry and free from silicone, wax, grease and any extraneous material• On base coats or enamel top coats, sand and clean the surface before applying the filler

D) AVVERTENZE: > Mix well the filler with 1-3 % paste hardener. Do not exceed with the hardener to avoid risk of staining during painting operations. > Do not utilize the product at temperatures below 5°C. > Store in a cool and dry place.

E) PROCESSING:

1-3% C10 paste hardener potlife 3-5’ at 20° C
