Master Kaizens Viewpoint Mr. Nogami As TMJ won the Silver Award, it seems that there will be a change this time, especially in the manufacturing in- dustry not only in favor of examination item but also, including a story in charge of day-to-day technical consultation. Mr. Kinoshita Even though we got the Silver Award, we are still proud of ourselves for coming up with a wonderful idea. That's why we are encouraging the future aspirants to aim for the best. This is something that we will always remember.Beverly's impression I am honored to be able to participate in such wonderful event. We listened to vari- ous concepts of improvement from various countries and different techniques, tools etc. are currently being improved at TMJP. “ Mr. Akihito Ishita “What I felt, especially while listen- ing to the announcement of each country was that the content was solid enough and at the same time, I felt educated. Overall, it was truly amazing and vibrant. I felt extraor- dinarily motivated to participate in ICQCC. In addition, as the corporate phi- losophy followed the ones in Japan, I felt that Japan’s offshore business mission is possible and that it is permeating nowa- days. I was surprised and at ease as it en- gaged me. This is the same with TMJP, as it has been operating at TMJ. To be able to do it, we are required to understand TMJ's quality, service level and its mission firmly. Also, I felt that TMJ is promoting KAIZEN activities, and that it will be a great ad- vantage to have global expansion and use it as its strength. In the future, I think that TMJP will have a positive impact. It was a pleasure, and I'm really thankful to Mr. Nogami, Univa and the improvement team at Nippon Kei- danren for supporting us so far.” 11.21.2017 Copyright © 2015 TMJ, INC.
