ICoSI 2019 Registration Guideline
1. Open the ICoSI 2019 registration website through the following link: http://icosi.umy.ac.id/registration/
2. Click “Register”
3. Please fill the form and make sure that all data are correct. Please note that the
data could not be edited after registration.
4. Please make sure that all data have been correctly inputted including the email, phone number, address, etc. When done, please write down the security code in the box provided and then click “Submit”.
5. You shall receive notification that your email has been registered. Then, the
email/account needs to be activated. There will be a hyperlink sent to your email to activate the account. You need to click the given link. Please kindly check your e-mail inbox or spam.
6. Below is the sample of activation email sent by the ICoSI 2019 organizer.
7. After activating the account through the link, you shall be redirected to the
webpage of ICoSI 2019 stating that your account of ICoSI 2019 has been activated. Please kindly wait at max 1x24 hours for the administrator to verify your account.
8. When the account is verified, you shall receive another notification (email) from ICoSI administrator. The email states that your registration has been approved and you shall receive the login code to sign into the ICoSI 2019 submission system.
9. Finally, you may log in to ICoSI 2019 online platform and begin submitting your
papers!
Guideline for Logging in and Abstract Submission 1. Please go to the ICoSI 2019 submission system through this website:
http://icosi.umy.ac.id/registration/ 2. Click “Login”
3. Enter the email address and the login code in the following boxes. The login
code could be checked in the verified email address. Also, please write down the security code to the box. Then, click ‘Login’
4. The following picture is the view when the user is ‘Logged in’. There will be some guides to upload abstract and the full paper.
5. To upload the abstract, click “Abstract” as seen in the following.
6. Click “Create New Abstract”
7. Please fill the following form correctly. The data uploaded to the system could
not be edited.
8. When abstract submission is completed, the message as bellow shall appear.
9. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and Letter of Invitation (LoI) could be downloaded
once abstract is reviewed and accepted.
