• Both ICOPS and SOFE will have one technical program with parallel sessions

• There will be

- combined reception and banquet

• IEEE concentration account has been opened

• Conference budget about $500 k

• funds so far - $25k from the Department of Energy - $20k loan from IEEE - $5k each from NRL, GA, SNL and LLNL - $10k from AFOSR - $7k from NSF

• Bo Yu’s software for abstract submission and registration

• Tony Lavietes’s LCD projectors and computers + two staff staff
