YFC ICON 2015 Online Registration Reminders:

1.

The mode of registration will be through online onlyso make sure that you are already encoded in the YFC

Infosystem. Queries regarding the YFC Infosystem may be sent [email protected],Justine Pablo

2.

Non-YFCs can also register by adding them up in the YFC Infosystem Database and tag them as NON YFC

MEMBER.

3. Each sector/provinceshall assign a delegation headwho will monitor the whole areas registrants and will

coordinate with the ICON Secretariat Team. Have his contact details encoded in the online registration (Tab

5: Checkout). Queries and concerns regarding the registration may be sent to

STEP 1: CREATE ACCOUNT inwww.cfchomeoffice.com.

To create an account in CFC HOO, click on No account yet? Sign-up here then fill in your Member ID

(from the YFC Infosystem) and email address.

You will receive your CFC HOO account password through email.

STEP 2: LOG-IN atwww.cfchomeoffice.com.

Fill in your YFC Member ID Number and new password.

Click Events Registration.

STEP 3: SELECT EVENT

From the list of events, choose YFC International Conference 2015, and click REGISTER.

You will be led to the event page containing relevant details. Click Next.

STEP 4: SELECT PAYMENT OPTION

You can either pay through cash, bills payment, bank or credit card. It is important that you read

carefully the guidelinesof each option before you proceed.

STEP 5: REGISTER DELEGATES

A.

FOR YFC MEMBERS

Register yourself or other delegates from your chapter by typing their name on the search

field. Select the member you would like to register then click Add.

B.

FOR NON-YFCs

They can also register as long as they are also encoded in the YFC Infosystem. Add them up

and tag them as non-YFC.

STEP 6: REGISTER SUB-EVENT

For those who will be joining the Pre-ICON activities (Social Actions), click on the drop-down buttons,

select the participating members then click Register.

STEP 7: CHECKOUT

Enter the contact information of your areas delegation head. Events Registration Summary is also

shown in this page.

STEP 8: PROCESS PAYMENT

You will be able to review your total bill and your chosen payment option. Check on the box if you agree

to the guidelines and the terms and conditions.

STEP 9: CONFIRM

Your registration status will be shown. It can either be confirmed (for approved credit card transactions)

or pending (cash and bank transactions). If your transaction has items that Finance cannot reconcile,

they will INVALIDATE or RETURN the transaction so that you can register again. Please read the terms

and conditions thoroughly before your registration. A TRANSACTION ID will be assigned for each

transaction. Take note of this as it would be helpful in tracking the status of your transaction. An email

notification regarding the status of your registration will be sent to you and your delegation head. You

can use the email copy as reference and official proof of registration as long as the status is CONFIRMED.

After going through the online registration:

1.

Take note of the TRANSACTION ID and the AMOUNT.

2.

Deposit the full amount as reflected in the transactionto the designated bank account:

4.

Fill out the indicated deposit details.

Note: Transactions with no payment details will automatically expire after 5 calendar days from the day

they were created.

5.

Finance will review the payment and confirm the transaction. Keep your deposit slip until

your transaction is confirmed. Confirmation takes up to 14 working days from the day youentered your deposit details. (For inquiries and follow-up on the status of your payment,

contact Rev Ibuan at 709-4868 loc 39 or email [email protected])6.

An email notification will be sent to you and your delegation head.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation, Change of Name, or Refund of Transaction

1.

Change of names or cancellation of transactions is NOT ALLOWED once the transaction has been

confirmed.

2.

Deposit same amount in the BANK as what is reflected in the total amount in your transaction.

Staggered deposits for one transaction are not allowed. Your Transaction will either be

INVALIDATED or RETURNED by Finance.

3.

A transaction that has been INVALIDATED is not guaranteed to avail the same rates offered of

the date in your last transaction. Example, if the transaction was made during the promo period

and your transaction was INVALIDATED after the promo period, you will have to register again

but with the current Registration Fee that is available on that period of your second registration.

4.

Refund is applicable only in the following transactions:

a.

If your registration has been RETURNED after the last registration deadline. Therefore

you cannot register again for the event even if you fix your transaction and payment.b.

If your registration has been PENDING 14 working days after the last registration

deadline. Therefore you will not have a CONFIRMED status on the day of the EVENT.

c.

If your transaction has been accidentally deleted by the Secretariat/Finance/Admin and

therefore you were not able to officially register to the event. Unless you were informed

before the deadline and you were able to make a new registration transaction like the

deleted transaction.

d.

Notice for REFUND should be made in the next 30 days after the registration deadline.

Just email the SECRETARIAT of the EVENT and give your BANK details. Wait for another

30 days to process your refund.

e.

Other than the above cases, REFUND is not applicable.

5.

BANK Confirmation will take 14 working days from the day you entered your deposit details inthe CFC Home Office Online. This may extend to 19 working days during peak season (deadline

and end of the month).

a.

To be able to facilitate your TRANSACTION better make sure you do the ff:

i.

Deposit the exact amount as reflected in the Transaction. Not lower, not

staggered, not higher.

ii.

Write in the TIME of DEPOSIT the exact time in seconds as reflected in your

deposit slip. During peak season, there are many deposits at the same time and

some of the same amount. An exact deposit time will facilitate faster approval

of your transaction.

iii.

Write in the Notes field some items or explanation you would want Finance to

know about your transaction.

iv.

If your transaction has been pending for more than 19 working days, please callimmediately CFC Finance c/o Joey at 709-4868 loc 33.
