Iceberg Tours & Travelis a private owned company which was registered in April 2012. The management

ofce is located at Westlands, Currently our Company has several vehicles along with contract vehicles to

serve our target customers.

Our main objective is providing efcient and effective services, with modern vehicles. We have focused

our attention on training and upgrading the personnel, increasing the quality and quantity of our vehicles

and installing the necessary equipment for smooth communication with the outside world and linking our

operations.

Iceberg Tours & Travel, is expected to build its eet to 100 vehicles and provide variety and choice of

models to fulll customer needs. Similarly, its network is expected to be in place at various strategic locations

covering all major airports and cities in Kenya.

In this connection, a business plan has been put together to chart the direction that Iceberg Tours &Travel

would pursue given the present economic climate, the maturity of the car rental industry in Kenya, its potential

and constraints that determine the growth of the business.

Rapid economic growth of Kenya and inux of tourists and investors necessitated the need to have corporate

and an organized transport company in kenya. As aresult Iceberg tours & travel was introduced. We provide

cars that cater varoius customer needs, which include tourism business or leisure. The cars are vans, saloons

and 4WDS.

To be an ultimate travel service provider in Kenya by providing, efcient, effective, Secure, reliable and

Our eet comprises of Toyota sedan, Toyota station wagon,Van 4WDs among others on demand. We always

We organize tour arrangements for some of the largest inbound incentives and VIPs groups

visiting East Africa in waves, In line with our personalized service policy all our tour and

excursions are tailor made to meet the interest of our guests. We do not have brochure tours

and guaranteed departures.

On safaris we are constantly in touch with the driver guide or the hotel/lodge /camp the guest

is staying in, just to make sure all is in order. After the tour, the guest is met again by the

operation staff and is passionate about the services we promote and offer. We have been known

This program is available during weekends i.e. Friday Monday. Special rates is given during this rental as

This service provides Iceberg Tours &Travel customers with the option to hire and chauffeur driven vehicle.

One-way vehicle rentals are available at Iceberg Tours &Travel location in Kenya for a non-inclusive or

all-inclusive rate, the most economical way to rent one- way, based on length of rental and distance traveled.

ICEBERG Tours &Travel provides this service to enable customers to rent intermediate and full-size cars at a

location in one city and drop them off at another participating location for a at daily rate with no drop of fee.

A responsible ICEBERG Tours &Travel staff will then do the pickup.

All the vehicles have 2 way radio system for ease of communication and are tted with computerised GPRS

system for tracking down the exact location of vehicles,We have our eet of well maintained vehicles.

The state of the art communication equipment boosted by additional multi cellular phone network guarantees

remarkable coordination between the ofce and our drivers leading to an impressive all time response to client

bookings. Although we have not experienced any security related problems in the past, we have continuously

strengthened our security arrangements and additional surveillance equipment has recently been installed in

all our vehicles. To this extent, our clients need not to be anxious of their safety while travelling with us.
