Deluxe THB 3,000.-

- net rates for room and complementary use of amenities; - inclusive of service charge and government taxes;

- inclusive of daily breakfast.

2. Deposit and payment One night deposit as per your credit card details provided. Your credit card will not be charged unless the cancellation of your booking less than 14 days upon your arrival. All accommodation and other expenses are guest individual account which have to be settled by individual guest upon departure.

3. Check in & check out The room will be available for guest to check in after 14:00 hrs. Guest arrival prior to this time will be allocate to rooms as soon as they become available. Check-out time is 14.00 hrs.

4. Cancellation condition The deadline of cancellation without penalty charge is on 28 June 2017 at 17:00 hrs. in written document to rsvnmgr@unimmanchiangmai.com only.

5. No show Any guest who does not show on the day of expected arrival one night room charge and application tax will apply for “no show” charge

6. Late Check-out From 14:00–18:00 hrs., Half of room rate to be charged automatically. After 18:00 hrs., full room rate to be charged automatically
