EXPLANATORY NOTES TO SUBMISSION FOR LEVY EXEMPTION 1. Application shall be accompanied by:- i) IBS Score forms ii) 1 set of overall construction layout plan iii) 1 set of beams and columns layout plan for every floor. iv) 1 set of wall layout plan for every floor. v) 1 set of elevation shop drawings. 2. All drawings need to be endorsed by a certified engineer. 3. Construction components in the shop drawings need to be marked with colour. 4. Summary of beams, walls, columns, slab, doors, and windows need to be include in the floor layout plan. Construction components include precast/non-precast beams, columns, slabs, walls etc. Minimum requirement for IBS Score: Total Score = Score for Structural System (>25) (>50) + Score for Wall System (>15) + Score for Other Labour Saving (>10) Factor
