• Most of the PLC components comes from ATLAS spare• Additional PLC components already ordered• Vacuum gauges and their red-out system ordered and mostly delivered• Electro valves + manual valve ordered• PR conditioners for safety actions ordered• Diffusion pumps ordered• Primary pumps ordered and delivered• Thermal switches for diffusion pumps ordered and delivered
