Also, as we begin working with Senior Adults in the church, we need prayers for God’s leadership is reaching the nearly 20,000 retired persons from North America and Europe living permanently within a 30 minute drive of the church. Over 100,00 English speaking people live in that same area.

fering and death on large numbers of people in our world.
* For the injured and the families of the victims of the music festival at Duisburg.
* For the continuing recovery efforts in Haiti. + That the government of Haiti will be able to
lead the country effectively into a new day without the corruption and problems of the past.

+ That the assistance programs of the many Baptist organizations will be able to strengthen the Gospel witness to the people of Haiti, as well as strengthen the churches for a better ministry.

Baptists will enable the churches to rebuild their ministries to the people.
* For the victims of the flooding in northern Pak-istan.
* For the victims of the wildfires taking place in Russia.
* For the success of the efforts to stop the flow of oil into the Gulf of Mexico and for the recov-ery efforts underway.

We have not had highly trained musicians on the worship team, but you have contributed some-thing far more important: deep dedication to serve God consistently. What our God requires is not ex-ceptional training, but rather consistent, depend-able service. And you have excelled at this!
