Allais Effect

“In the present status of the discussion, the abnormalities observed can be accounted for only by considering the existence of a new field – namely, by envisioning the existence of complementary terms which until now had remained unnoticed” Allais, 1959 and reconfirmed in 1998

Observation of Yang et al 1997

“The observed anomaly (7.0±2.7)×10-8 m/s2 during the eclipse implies that there may be a shielding property of gravitation.”

• Observed anomalies on 1 August 2008 are highlighted in the charts above (red ellipses).

• These anomalies were recorded at the same instant ~ 1235UT.

iasoberg.com

Goodey, Olenici, Pugach Observations during August 1 2008 Solar Eclipse

• All three teams (at different locations) detected unexplained disturbances (recorded anomalies by monitoring apparatus), which happened simultaneously.

• The overall pattern of the observations exhibits certain perplexing features.

• All three authors were compelled to the opinion that some currently unknown physical influence was at work.

• Correlated anomalous effects observed during the August 1st 2008 solar eclipse Journal of Advanced Research in Physics 1(2), 021007 (2010)

iasoberg.com

Size of Observed Anomaly (Allais Effect) ~ 5 - 7 microgals and Decibel Reference

• Nominal Gravitational Acceleration on the Earth’s surface due to its mass only• 980 ± .06 gals (1 gal = 1 cm/sec2)• 80 decibel sound – diesel truck at 60 km/hr at 10 metres

• Tidal Forces are only• 50 to 100 microgals• 10 decibel sound – rustling leaves

• Experiment and observation indicate Allais Effect to be• 5 to 7 microgals• 1 decibel sound – threshold of hearing

Scientific Reviews of Allais Effect

“Conventional explanations for observations of anomalous behaviour of mechanical systems during solar eclipses are critically reviewed. It is concluded that all the proposed conventional explanations either qualitatively or quantitatively fail to explain the observations.”

Chris Duif Faculty of Applied Sciences – Cover Article New Scientist 2004

“ ….the Allais effect that occurs during solar eclipses,…. it seems that, to date, no satisfactory conventional explanation exists  for these phenomena….”.

The Iasoberg Model

iasoberg.com

Field Theory 101

• The gravitational vectors associated with a celestial body are orthogonal at all points on the surface/spheres of gravitational potentials for that body.

• For example, in the case of the Earth a pencil held 1 metre of the above the Earth’s surface weighs less than it does at the Earth’s surface. Assuming the Earth is perfectly spherical and homogeneous the pencil would weight the same at 1 metre above the Earth and that condition can be described as a surface of gravitational potential. However, when dropped from any point on that potential surface surrounding the Earth at 1 metre, the pencil falls directly to the Earth in a direction perpendicular to the potential surface at that point.

Iasoberg Model

The Iasoberg Model is an attempt to define and locate the observed influence/force recorded during the above experiments based on the Balance point of the Earth/Moon System

The Iasoberg Model• has the Barycenter, anti Barycenter and center of the

Earth as the focus points of the influence/force• hypothesises that the solar and galactic gravitational

potentials near these points are distorted in these respective regions and these distorted potentials (and their resultant distorted gravitational vectors) extend to the surface of the Earth

As a result of work on the severe wind events (Note 4) and a

gravitational pulse CAT study (draft Note 5) the model was

refined to include:• 2 Major Terrestrial Gravitational Anomalies (TGA)

• Papua New Guinea• Western South America

• Celestial planes that intersect the Earth and are populated by the Solar, Lunar, Galactic Sub points and the center of the Earth

5000 Year Iasoberg Data Set

• We have the software to generate the data control points for the Iasoberg patterns for every minute of every hour of every day of every year for a 5000 year span (2500 BC to 2500 AD)

• Approx. 2,628,000,000 records - 2.6 giga records• 49k thru 500k bytes for each record• This enables the Iasoberg patterns to be displayed for any

specific time within this period.

Software Development Applications

Specific Application Modules that access the 5000 year data

base and:• Generate Severe Weather Forecasts and Warnings• Realtime/24Hr outputs of Iasoberg patterns:

• Global• For a specific location, i.e. New York City

• Reroute ships and planes around suspected severe weather regions

The Future

iasoberg.com

Iasoberg Applications

• Severe weather

• Long term forecasting and predicting severe weather

• Animated Iasobergs during the weather portion of the news programs

• Iasobergs overlaid on the newspaper weather forecast• Twitter Iasoberg weather warnings• Reroute ships and planes around suspected areas of

severe weather• List of applications in the Notes for this slide

iasoberg.com

Where to from here

Possible Future research work could include:• validating and refining the current Iasoberg Model• assessing terrestrial physical phenomena to ascertain if they

are influenced by the AE• providing short and long term forecasts/predictions for future

events where possible• undertaking the theoretical work using the Iasoberg Model

as reference point• investigating the cause(s) of the AE which may result in

revising or extending the general laws of gravitation

iasoberg.com

Future Eclipses

• Northern Australia November 2012 - May 2013• USA August 2017

• Conduct nationwide experiment

iasoberg.com

Conclusion

If this influence exists:• it literally affects everything on the planet

• the application of the knowledge of this influence could have significant social/environmental/economic benefits

• it has the potential to open the Future to greater scrutiny thus removing some of its uncertainty
