Travel ond Out of Town Expense Allowance:Short subsistence is $75.00 per dayLong subsistence is S85.00 per dayMileage rate is $0.56

Foreman:

Foreman's rate shall be $1.75 per hour more than the highestpaid workman in his craft.

Soecial Shifts:

All employees working a special single shift shall be guaranteed eight (8) hours of pay at $2.00 per hourabove the straight-time rate. If more than eight (8) hours are worked, overtime pay (calculated using thepremium rate of pay in the preceding sentence) shall be paid for all time worked after the eighth (8) hour

Future Increases (to be allocated bv the Unionl:

July 1, 2020: $2.20 an hourJuly 1, 2021: $2.25 an hour
