Assam Power D[stribution Company Ltd. (APDCL) intends to hand over the following 11 KV feeders underMorigaon 'Electrical drcleto the franchisees under Collection Based Distribution Franchisee (Feeder) i.e., CBDF{Feeder)

Scheme.The llKV feeders are as follows:

1. l1KV Charaibahi feeder under Morigaon Electrical Division (Charaibahi Electrical Sub Division)2. ' 11.KV sarangabart feeder under Morigaon Electrical Division (Charaibahi Electrical Sub Division)3. 1'lKV Telahi feeder under Morigaon Electrical Division (Morigaon Electrical Sub Division)

r. Ap~licati6ns for individual feeders are invited from interested eligible parties. The application

documents for individual feeders shall have to be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer, Morigaon ElectricalCircle, ~PDCl, CAR,Morigaon along with the earnest money deposit amount .

. , . The selected franchisee shall have to sign two year agreement with .l'.PDCLafter successful completion ofIsix month 'familiarization phase period. The duration of the Agreement can be extended on mutually agreed terms and

conditions for another three years subject to satisfactory performance of the franchisee.

The selected franchisee shall have to deposit one time of the monthly assessed revenue as per averagepotential ;de:rnandof the franchised area for last one year, as performance security deposit.

The application document may be obtained from the office of the Chief Executive Officer, MorigaonElectrical Circle, APDCL, CAR, Morigaon up to 20/05/2017 during the working hours of APDCl by paying cash of Rs

100.00 (rupees one hundred) only.

APDCl reserves the right of selection or rejection of any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof .
