Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) invites bids FOR “Hiring of Catering Services Required for

Messes at PS-1 Korangi, TS-1 Kaemari and WOPS1/WOTS1 Port Qasim” supported by bid bond as mentioned in the tender document from contractors having proven experience of similar work, adequate resources and are eligible to submit their bids, as per eligibility requirements and conditions for submission of bids specified in the tender document. Interested parties may obtain Tender Document (containing the details of works and terms and conditions, etc.) from In-charge Warehouse, at Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) building, Pumping Station No.1 (PS-1), Korangi Creek Road, Karachi against a written request on Company’s letterhead with copy of NTN certificate on payment of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) per set in cash or by a bank draft / pay order in the name of Pak-Arab Refinery Limited on Monday through Friday during 0900 hrs to 1230 hrs and from 1400 hrs to 1530 hrs from 18-10-2016 till 8-11-2016. Sealed Bid proposals containing complete information, as mentioned in the Tender Documents, are to be submitted by 1500 hrs on 29-11-2016. The Bids with Bid Bond shall be opened at 1530 hours on the above closing date in the presence of bidders or their representatives, who may elect to attend. PARCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to cancel the entire bidding process and reject all bids without assigning any reason.
