The above approval is subject to the fulfillment of the following general conditions:

1 That the management shall provide adequate funds for development of land and for providingrelated infrastructural, instructional and other facilities as per norms and standards laid downby the Council from time to time and for meeting recurring expenditure.

2. (a) That the admission shall be made only after adequate infrastructure and all otherfacillties are provided as per norms and guidelines of the AICTE.

(b) That the admissions shall be made in accordance with the regulations notified by theCouncilfrom time to time.

That the curriculum of the course, the procedure for evaluation/ assessment ofstudents shall be in accordance with the norms prescribed by the AICTE.

That the lnstitution shall not allovv closure of the lnstitution or discontinuation of thecourse(s) or start any new course(s) or alter intake capaclty of seats without the priorapproval of the Council.

That no excess admission shall be made by the lnstitution over and above theapproved intake under any circumstances. ln case any excess admission isreported to the council, appropriate penal action including withdrawal ofapprovalshall be initiated against the lnstitution

That the institutions shall not have any collaborative arrangements with anylndian and/ or Foreign Universities for conduct of technical courses other thanthose approved by AlcrE without obtaining prior approval from AlcrE. In caseany violation is reported to the Council, appropriate penal action includingwithdrawal of approval shall be initiated against the lnstitution

That the lnstitution shall not conduct any course(s) in the field of technicaleducation in the same premises/ campus and / or in the name of the lnstitutionwithout prior permission/ approval of AICTE. ln case any violation is reported tothe Gouncil, appropriate penal action including withdrawal of approval shall beinitiated against the lnstitution

The institution shall not conduct any non-technical course(s) in the samepremises/ campus under any circumstances. In case any violation is reportedto the Council, appropriate penal action including withdrawal of approval shallbe initiated against the lnstitution

That the institution shall operate only from the approved location, and that the institution shallnot open any off campus study centers/ extension centers directly or in collaboration with anyother institution/ university/ organization for the purpose of imparting technical educationwithout obtaining prior approval from the AICTE.

It is mandatory to comply all the essential requirements as given in APH 2019-20(appendix 6)

NOTE: If the State Government / UT / DTE / DME has a reservation policy for admission in Technical Education Institutes and the same isapplicable to Private & Self-financing Technical Institutions, then the State Government / UT/ DTE / DME shall ensure that 10 % ofReservation for EWS would be operational from the Academic year 2019-20 without affecting the percentage reservations ofSC/ST/OBC/General . However, this would not be applicable in the case of Minority Institutions referred to the clause (1) of Article 30 ofConstitution of India.
