It’s now commonplace that change in business is a constant, but how is this impacting on how successful organisations respond to this? The fact that change is constant means that organisations have to transform themselves rather than merely change. Transformation is a much more powerful concept and implies becoming something different in a sustainable way. There’s no way back from a transformation — it’s a total commitment.
